Refund policy

At Ever Glass Skin, customer satisfaction is important to us.

🔄 Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, LED Face Masks may only be returned if:

• The item arrives damaged.
• The product is faulty.
• You received the incorrect item.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused.
• It must be returned in its original packaging.
• A return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds for:

• Products that have been used.
• Change-of-mind purchases.
• Items damaged due to misuse or failure to follow product instructions.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the product
• A brief description of the issue
