Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a refund:
- ✅ The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- ✅ Your request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- ✅ Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Opened or used Cryo Thermal Gel.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or accidental damage after delivery.
- Sale or clearance items (unless required by law).
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
If your return is approved, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
